All of the staff who work at The Lymestone Vaults are handpicked by Peter and John the area manager. John has an extensive background of working in the service industries, and ensures that customer care and product knowledge are at the centre of all that the staff do.
Staff training is seen as a key part of our businesses growth and development. All of the staff are well trained holding nationally recognised qualifications; and well over 50% of the staff have completed their Staffordshire Ambassador training which enables them to promote not only the Vaults but Staffordshire as a fantastic place to visit and stay.
Regular staff training takes place and great value is placed on the warm welcome that our staff give to everyone who walks through our door.
